How to check DDI number in Microsoft Teams and Update Email signature in Microsoft Outlook?
 

To check your DDI (Direct Dial-In) number in Microsoft Teams, follow these steps:
 

  1. Open Microsoft Teams.
  2. Navigate to the "Calls" tab on the left side of the settings menu.
  3. You should see your DDI number as marked below: 

To update your email signature in Microsoft Outlook, follow these steps:

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook 
  2. Click on "File" in the top-left corner of the window, then select "Options" from the menu.
  3. In the Outlook Options window, click on "Mail" in the left pane.
  4. Under the "Compose messages" section, click on the "Signatures..." button.
  5. In the Signatures and Stationery window, you can create a new signature by clicking "New" or edit an existing signature by selecting it and clicking "Edit."
  6. Update your signature with your DDI number and any other desired information, then click "OK" to save your changes.
  7. Click "OK" again in the Outlook Options window to close it and apply your updated signature.

    Now, your updated signature with your DDI number will appear in your outgoing emails.
