PDFs opening with the ‘H1 Te Reo Māori’ tab header is not an issue, but it's how the Google Chrome browser reads the document properties of the file when downloaded locally to a user's machine.

Explaining:
  1. Using Google Chrome if you open one of these template PDF links from Puna or Kete then you see this view:
There the file opens in the browser and displays normally.

  1. If you then click on the download button above and make a local copy, then open it you see this view:
Google Chrome reads the document properties of the PDF file that was saved into Puna/Kete and displays that along the top pane. To view the document properties click here.

This is where the H1 title is coming from and is embedded in the PDF file itself.

Comment: This is a google chrome only issue, when opening either links or downloaded PDFs in MS edge this fault doesn't occur. Given our stand is that Edge is the primary browser, it is recommended to use Edge to open files.
