- Select Calendar option from left panel Microsoft Teams.
- Then Click the New Meeting Button from top-right hand corner.
- Create the details of your meeting by selecting date and time, location, people to attend and providing a description of your meeting. Click Save. Microsoft Teams meeting joining details will automatically be added to your meeting details.
Also, you can create teams meeting in Outlook.
1. To schedule a meeting, open Outlook and switch to the calendar view. Click New
Teams Meeting at the top of the view.
- When you click one of these Teams Meeting options, the meeting request will change to include a location of “Microsoft Teams Meeting” and a link in the body of the request that attendees can click on to join the meeting.
- Add your invitees to the To field—you can even invite entire contact groups
